Polish military depot in free city Gdansk (Danzig) was successfuly defended by company of 180 infantrymen for 7 days. German attacker deployed one battleship (4 x 28cm guns), several storm units (total 3500), artillery and Stuka bombers. Poles lost 15 killed and 50 wounded. German 300-400 killed and wounded. Finally garrison surrendered according to direct order.
